Member of the project management team for greenfield construction of a state-of-the-art brewery. Coordinated international OEM equipment installation against building construction, running the master schedule from concept through handover.
Planner and scheduler on a brownfield plant-based production conversion. Aligned OEM and contractor schedules with the customer's live operational requirements, and supported schedule recovery through execution.
Ongoing on-site PM support across bottling and equipment installation projects — filler and capper replacements, blow molders, conveyors, labelers, packers, palletizers and shrink wrappers, in operating plants.
